Billing Procedures for Quarterly Assessments

• Emails with payment reminders will be sent during the first month each quarter of the calendar year and payment is due by the end of the second month in the quarter.  If payment has not been received by the end of the third month of the quarter, the account will be charged a late fee equal to $25.00  Accounts delinquent at the time the next quarterly billing is assessed will have a lien placed on the property through the county court system.  Assessment collection has not been a problem in the past and hopefully will not be in the future.
